01 ~ First you need Turn off  the idevice, then plug it to the PC using USB cable, & start on your last iTunes version

02 ~ Place the running iOS 8 device in to DFU mode: with the idevice off, hold down the Power & Home button both  together for ten seconds next release the power button slowly, carry on holding Home button awaiting iTunes notifies you of a idevice in recovery mode being detected.
